Deliziosa e profumatissima confettura extra di fragole che si ottiene attraverso cottura sottovuoto a c.ca 65° al fine di preservare tutte le proprietà organolettiche della frutta. Utilizziamo solo ed esclusivamente fragole coltivate nei campi di Casavurga con pratiche totalmente naturali e con l’ausilio della fertirrigazione. A queste aggiungiamo solamente lo zucchero e un po’ di succo di limone.
Delicious and fragrant extra strawberry jam obtained by vacuum cooking at about 65° in order to preserve all the organoleptic properties of the fruit. We only and exclusively use strawberries that are not treated on the surface and grown with the most natural agronomic practices. That’s why we add just sugar and lemon juice.
